CAN CONNECT

The Compassion Action Network (CAN), in collaboration with the CAN-Connect meetings, coordinate events giving representatives from local faith communities, non-profits, schools, and county government an opportunity to get together concerning a topic of interest to the Anoka County community.

A typical CAN-Connect meeting will include:

  • A keynote presentation on the topic

  • Service providers addressing Anoka County needs

  • Resource information sharing

  • Networking opportunities

Compassion Action Network strives to provide a relaxed and informational avenue for our community to connect, grow and collaborate by focusing on three primary objectives:

  • Educate and discuss a specific topic & how it impacts the Anoka County community

  • Highlight specific aspects of the topic and programs which seek to deal with the topic

  • ​Provide opportunities to work together to build a stronger community
